2. Use of the Service
KundaliGuru provides Vedic astrology interpretations and AI-powered guidance for informational and entertainment purposes only. Our predictions and analyses are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
4. Astrology Disclaimer
Astrology is a traditional belief system. The readings and predictions provided by KundaliGuru are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any astrological reading. No responsibility is accepted for decisions made based on this content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of KundaliGuru — including text, graphics, charts, and software — are the exclusive property of KundaliGuru and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to subscribers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KundaliGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
